- What the keypad or app is showing, word for word, including any zone numbers.
- The page on this site you were reading, if your note is a correction.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent reference site. We cannot access your alarm account, reset your system remotely, or dispatch a technician. For monitoring, billing, or false-alarm problems, contact your alarm company or central monitoring station directly.
